Responsibilities

Responsible for 5 product scrum teams (soon to be 6) and one dev ops team, located across the US, Netherlands, and Finland – all product development teams and supporting functions.

Key partner with Product Management. Planning, roadmap, execution, evaluation.

Key contributor and/or stakeholder to the architectural direction of our applications and platform.

Close partnership with Customers, Sales, Customer Success and Technical Support.

Technical product roadmap input is critical.

Mentoring and growing the organization.

Helping us to act appropriately like one team.

Helping individuals grow – technically, career-wise, scope of responsibility, leadership, interpersonal, etc.

Identify strengths and areas of need for the organization.

Ensure Engineers understand from customers what works and doesn’t. Help engineers to feel the benefits of what they do.

Create a multi-product single platform.

Understand the domain and how engineering and product innovation can impact it.

Ensure continual improvement.

Supportive and encouraging role.
