Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of solutions engineers, fostering a culture of winning, collaboration and continuous improvement.
Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities and industry knowledge.
Collaborate with Sales, other internal departments, and customers to design and deliver tailored solutions that address complex business challenges.
Ensure solutions are aligned with company strategy, product capability and customer requirements.
Develop and deliver sales presentations that explain key technical aspects of solutions that will benefit customers and prospects.
Design and configure demonstrations to meet customer’s specifications while insuring Cisive’s ability to deliver with quality and consistency.
Develop solution demonstrations that showcase why Cisive product(s) are the best solution to meet customer needs.
Serve as a key technical resource for the sales team, providing expertise during customer presentations and demonstrations.
Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to inform solution development.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects/clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical inquiries and solution implementations.
Participate in key customer meetings to understand their needs and align solutions accordingly.
Work closely with cross functional teams to provide feedback from clients and contribute to product roadmaps.
Collaborate with marketing to create compelling technical content and case studies.
Strategize with Sales Specialists, Product Development and Operations to drive sales of Solutions offerings.
Evaluate and prioritize solution enhancements requests and review with Solution Development team.
Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the solutions engineering team and the impact on sales.
Lead the handoff from sale to implementation to ensure a successful journey for our customers.

Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
8+ years of experience in solutions engineering, technical consulting, or a related role, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
Strong understanding of HR Recruiting, Candidate Screening and Employee Monitoring Solutions.
Proven track record of successful solution design and implementation.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience with project management methodologies and tools.

Excellent communication skills.
Passion for technology and the ability to quickly learn all internal systems and features.
Prior business writing experience, preferably in the form of a business proposal, requirements gathering format or similar.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to lead a team of Solutions Engineers.
Preferred
AA, BA or BS preferred.
