Responsibilities
Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that aligns with the organization's mission and vision
Research and analyze the market landscape to identify opportunities, threats, and trends
Lead all aspects of strategic planning, including goal setting, resource allocation, and implementation
Develop performance metrics to measure the success of strategic goals
Monitor and report on the progress of strategies, plans, and initiatives
Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, partners, and external organizations
Support the executive team in decision-making and problem-solving

Required
Minimum of 5-7 years of strategy, management consulting, M&A or corporate development related experience
13+ years of overall experience with a Masters Degree, 15+ years of experience with a Bachelors Degree
Ability to dissect complex issues, analyze data, and draw insights to inform decisions
Proficient in Microsoft Office Products: Word, PowerPoint, Excel
Proficient with models and forecasting
Knowledge of market research and data analysis techniques
Primary market research experience - conducting interviews, writing discussion guides, synthesizing results
Experience writing and owning Product Business Plans
Experiencing running strategy projects/engagements
Excellent presentation skills – comfortable presenting in front of Executive Team
Excellent understanding of business operations and procedures.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and problem-solving skills.
Strong organizational and planning skills.
Outstanding research and analytical abilities.
Outstanding Project management skills.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful strategies
Preferred
Strong preference for former management consultants with at least 5 years of experience
Strong Preference for experience in the Healthcare industry
Degree in business or related field, MBA preferred.
