Responsibilities

You will develop and implement program management strategies that support the organization’s goals.

You will lead and mentor a team of technical program managers and project coordinators, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.

You will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple programs, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

You will develop projects of varying size and complexity from inception to launch across various product and cross functional teams.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to define program requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.

You will identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure program success.

Collaborate closely with the engineering owners in deeply understanding dependencies among projects and ensure efficient delivery.

Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program effectiveness and report on progress to senior leadership.

Continuously evaluate and enhance eHealth’s processes and tools for increased efficiency and effectiveness across the organization.

Spend ~70% of the time working hands-on on special projects as picked by the direct manager (Chief Digital Officer).

Required

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Project Management, engineering, or a related field

7+ years of experience in program or project management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role

Proven track record of managing large-scale programs and driving organizational change

Strong understanding of project management methodologies and proficiency in project management software and tools

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills

Strong ability to lead and inspire teams while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

Certified Scrum Master (CSM)

Project Management Professional (PMP)

Proficiency in various project management tools – MS Office, Atlassian, etc.
