Responsibilities

Develop and implement a strategic vision for the company's website(s) that aligns with overall business goals and marketing strategies.

Ensure the website is a powerful platform that supports all marketing efforts and enhances user engagement.

Monitor website analytics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

Use data-driven insights to guide decision-making and strategy adjustments.

Manage the technical aspects of the website, including hosting, CMS, and integrations with other systems.

Ensure website security and compliance with industry standards.

Work closely with IT, design, and content teams to implement website projects.

Coordinate with marketing, sales, and other departments to ensure the website supports their needs.

Develop and manage the content strategy to ensure it aligns with business objectives and provides value to users.

Track and analyze the performance of digital marketing campaigns.

Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in web strategy, digital marketing, or a related field

Experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and marketing automation platforms

Excellent communication and project management skills
