Responsibilities
Managing Time & Motion, MTM, MSD and MOST.
Developing, design, and implementing Labor Management Systems across a large retail, automotive or hospitality organization.
Translate data and information to actionable strategy implementation.
Use Workday for data and human capital analytics and forecasting.
Optimize and ensure T5OC follows Operations Management techniques and principles.
Use and apply Lean or other continuous improvement methodologies across the T5OC teams.
Directly and Indirectly lead small and large teams.

Required
BA/BS degree or equivalent degree preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience in labor design and analytics, data analytics and business engineering.
Minimum 3 experience leading or managing a team and/or projects.
Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formula functions)
Experience using HRIS systems
Experience using data analytics software. Qlik preferred.
Ability to quickly identify business problems/opportunities.
Ability to communicate with all levels of management and company personnel.
Experience creating and delivering presentations to executives to present data-driven analytics.
