Responsibilities

Developing strategic marketing plans to maintain and increase membership.

Conducting, attending, and managing marketing operations meetings.

Monitoring marketing results, trends, and performance to hold executives accountable.

Collaborating across sales channels to execute strategy and deliver growth objectives.

Partnering with Sales Operations team to develop growth strategy.

Leading a team of 2 Managers and 30 indirect reports.

Required

3+ years of experience in marketing and go to market strategy for a large field sales organization, preferably in the health care or insurance industry

2+ years of leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team of marketing professionals

Must be able to travel 25%-50% of the time

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Outstanding analytical skills, and the ability to use data and insights to drive marketing decision-making and actions

Creative and innovative mindset with the ability to guide the development and execution of impactful and effective marketing campaigns and events

Proficiency in various marketing tools and platforms

Preferred

Bachelor’s Degree in marketing

Knowledge of Medicare Advantage market, products, regulations, and compliance standards
