Responsibilities
Build and lead a new post-sales team, and ensuring that we’re able to continue to support the scale and growth of the business
Be hands-on to start, ensuring the technical success of our customer accounts, leading their onboarding through to identifying new use cases and integrations for their end-customers to leverage
Collaborate with our product teams and be the voice of the customer, providing regular and actionable customer feedback
Ensure our customers launch successfully, on time, and continue to grow usage of Alloy and its impact on their business (and their customers’ businesses)
Create a strong feedback loop into the product team, and advocate for all of our customers and help shape the future of our platform
Lead the team to continue to expand our footprint into accounts, multi-threading to learn more about their business, priorities and initiatives, and how we can continue to support their success through our platform and services
Be a representative of the CS function, and of the broader Alloy leadership team

Required
Over 5 years leading technical account managers and/or technical CS teams or background in leading others like solutions architects, technical consultants, etc.
Familiar with technical frontend and backend development concepts in order to consult with, train the team and educate customers on our platform
Experience designing strategy and plans to improve customer onboarding, education, adoption, retention and growth
Strong communicator, being able to navigate conversations with C-level executives and technical staff
Great examples of working cross functionally to build products for customers
Experience developing metrics and processes in early stage/ high growth companies that drive towards operational excellence
