Responsibilities
Lead a small team in creative development and planning of complex projects.
Interpret client needs and translate them into creative solutions.
Understand target audience requirements and guide the team in developing creative approaches.
Prepare documentation outlining communication strategies and design concepts.
Collaborate with project management teams to ensure timely project completion.
Manage workload priorities within the creative team.
Ensure brand consistency across all media platforms.
Provide quality assurance for all creative deliverables.
Manage staff and coordinate freelance or consultant needs.
Stay updated on design software and online trends.
Collaborate with account teams to identify new business opportunities.
Independently conceptualize and design content solutions.

Required
Minimum of 10+ years experience working on content development for print, Web, video and other multimedia solutions
Remain up-to-date with current and emerging trends and web development technologies
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects, on time and within budget
Team-oriented and have a collaborative approach to creative development
Strong client management skills with the ability to articulate and present conceptual ideas effectively
Strong writing and presentation skills
