Responsibilities
Identify, define, and continuously improve the functionality, stability, scalability, and security of Technology Operations Platforms and Services.
Provide hands-on Technical Expertise, guidance, and mentorship to Technologies, Platforms, and Engineers.
Collaborate with key executives and technology stakeholders to create and execute a technology roadmap.
Manage geographically distributed teams to deliver products, platforms, and services with high quality and within budget.
Influence and inform resources and partners, communicate effectively to get alignment on requirements and decisions.
Directly manage a talented team of Client Engineers, IT Services Engineers, and Desktop Support Analysts.
Own continual improvement and ongoing process maturity of Engineering deliverables.
Work with product owners, stakeholders, and Engineering teams to prioritize and plan improvements to tools.
Act as an escalation point for Technology Operations Engineering and Corporate Desktop issues.
Develop KPIs, metrics, and reporting to communicate the status of Engineering delivery life cycle.

Required
15+ years of progressively responsible engineering experience with 10+ years managing globally distributed high-performing teams
10+ years of hands-on Engineering and expert-level understanding of the following technologies: Collaboration Tools: Microsoft 365 Platform & Apps: Teams, Office, SharePoint, LucidCharts, Data Management and Analysis: PowerBI, Box, SmartSheets, Cloud and Security: Azure AD, Active Directory, Group Policy, IdentityNow, Okta, Secret Server, InTune, OS and Application Management: Microsoft Configuration Manager, Workspace One, Avalanche, JAMF, Druva, BIT9, OS Management, Application Management (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android), Automation and Scripting: RPA UIPath, PowerShell, Python, Operations Applications: ServiceNow, JIRA, Confluence, Project Management: Knowledge in Project Management methodologies and tools
5+ years as a people leader in a Director (or above) role in an Enterprise / Infrastructure Engineering role
Nimble skillset and flexible concerning changing priorities & business needs
Strong track record of hiring stellar engineers and contributing to their career growth
Demonstrated ability to develop strong alliances with those outside of your immediate organization
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills including the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical staff
Flexibility in work schedule, off-hours for project implementation, major incidents, and on-call rotational support (24x7)
