Responsibilities
Provide coaching and mentorship to direct reports during prospect meetings and throughout the sales cycle.
Meet and exceed quarterly and annual bookings targets.
Provide an accurate weekly forecast of opportunities.
Work collaboratively with Marigold business partners such as BDR, Solcon, CSM, Marketing, etc.
Inspire, develop, and lead a collaborative and winning team.
Consistently monitor sales activities, pipeline, deals, demand generation and tracking of results.

Track record of closing enterprise-level transactions

Preferred
5+ years of successful experience leading Account Executives
Experience selling digital marketing / martech solutions to CEOs, CMOs, Directors, and VPs of Digital Marketing
Ability to travel with AEs for on-site customer visits and events
Trained and experienced using MEDDPICC
