Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise on executive compensation strategy, design, policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance.
Lead, influence, and collaborate with HR and business partners to shape executive compensation programs.
Prepare materials for presentations to senior executives and the Board of Directors.
Benchmark compensation levels at peer companies.
Design and lead transformation efforts to improve executive compensation programs.
Manage compensation processes for senior executives.
Prepare compensation-related documents for public filings.
Track executive compensation regulation and shareholder voting.
Develop communications to ensure understanding of compensation programs.
Collaborate with various departments and lead a team of senior managers.

Required
Bachelor's Degree.
Minimum of 8 years of functional experience in designing and managing executive and equity compensation programs on a global basis.
Minimum of 3 years of people management experience.
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills.
Excellent analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Partnering with other groups including the HR, Finance, Tax and Law departments.
Preferred
An MBA, Master's/Ph.D. in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related discipline.
Healthcare industry experience.
