Responsibilities
Contribute to the creation and maintenance of a robust design infrastructure that supports Product Designers across the company.
Develop and implement design strategies that enhance the consistency and intuitiveness of our product experiences.
Utilize deep knowledge of Figma to create and refine Global Design resources and processes.
Communicate and present design strategies and solutions effectively to various stakeholders across the company.
Collaborate with other designers, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
Maintain a keen eye for aesthetics and detail, ensuring high-quality design output.

Required
Proven experience as an Experience Designer or similar role.
Deep knowledge of Figma and other design tools.
Exceptional communication, articulation, and presentation skills.
Strong design skills with an eye for aesthetics and detail.
A best-in-class portfolio showcasing practical design abilities applied to real-life products.
Ability to collaborate and contribute within a team of designers.
Degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
