Required

Hands-on technical leader with experience developing teams

Expert in Python with experience across the development stack

Professional experience building scalable systems with knowledge of distributed systems, microservices, event-based services, data pipelines, and orchestration

Expertise in object-oriented programming (OOP) and design patterns

Experience in at least one unit testing framework and understanding of test-driven development (TDD) concepts and methodologies

Skilled in a range of database technologies: SQL (Oracle & Snowflake), NoSQL, Graph, Vector

Professional experience working in AWS using infrastructure-as-code (CloudFormation)

Experience implementing CI/CD and DevOps best practices

Proficient in containerization with Kubernetes and Docker

Creative problem solver with a curiosity for advanced technology and industry trends

Strong presentation and communication skills

Bachelors or equivalent with 10+ years of experience in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent
