Required
10+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, and customer retention-related roles
Proven track record of success in driving and scaling pipeline generation in fast-paced environments
Hands-on experience in event marketing and digital marketing channels such as paid social, Google Ads, SEO, SEM, and Display
Exceptional communication skills and executive presence, with the ability to articulate complex ideas effectively
Strong leadership capabilities, with a focus on team development, scalability, and achieving organizational goals
Proficiency in problem-solving methodologies and project prioritization in deadline-driven environments
Commitment to fostering transparency, communication, and fiscal responsibility within the organization
