Responsibilities

Develop models and analysis to measure sales performance

Identify and analyze industry/geographic trends and competitor market strategies

Model the outcome of implementing potential business strategies

Support the Sales team on strategic planning and special projects

Translate strategy into specific business initiatives and develop operational plans

Build presentations for Executive team meetings related to various sales topics

Partner with cross-functional teams to identify new sales strategies and opportunities

Build a team of Revenue Operations analysts

Required

Experience in leading sales insights, analytics, and strategy – 10+ years' experience preferred.

Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales strategies based on data findings.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Proficiency in Excel, CRM software, and sales analytics tools.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
