Responsibilities

Lead, mentor and scale a high-performing marketing operations team of 15+.

Own all marketing operations functions including campaign operations, technical operations, project management, and lead routing/lead quality management.

Develop best in class strategies to increase efficiencies, maximize resources, and deploy over 1,000+ campaigns annually.

Oversee the selection, implementation, and integration of the marketing tech stack (marketing automation, analytics tools, ABM orchestration, etc.)

Help the team build strong operational discipline - from leveraging project management resources, to strong planning cadences, to building templatized playbooks.

Oversee the tracking, attribution, and reporting on all marketing activities to provide insights on the most effective channels and help inform decisions on future investments.

Own tracking and reporting of the marketing budget.

Work cross functionally to drive alignment amongst marketing, sales, and supporting go-to-market teams.

Required

Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s degree a plus)

12 years of marketing operations experience, with 3-5 years leading high-performing teams

Deep experience with Marketo

Deep experience with attribution and analytics tools

Deep experience with building scalable and sustainable marketing operations processes and programs

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to navigate a complex organization and generate buy-in for ideas and plans
