Responsibilities

Lead Market Research & Analysis: Dive deep into market trends, identify target customer segments, and understand the competitive landscape to shape our strategic direction.

Deliver Thought Leadership: Engage with C-level executives and key influencers on critical topics such as AI, sustainability, traceability, global transportation, procurement, and supply chain networks. Your insights will position our solutions as industry leaders.

Create Compelling Sales Materials: Develop engaging presentations, case studies, and tools to empower our sales team. Your work will clearly communicate the unique value of our supply chain solutions.

Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with product management, sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align market strategies and messaging with overall business goals.

Support Sales Efforts: Act as a subject matter expert in supply chain trends and our solution capabilities, helping to address business challenges during sales pursuits.

Drive Demand Generation: Partner with marketing to design and execute digital campaigns and events that generate awareness and interest in our solutions. Mentor field teams on content creation and training for continuous growth and customer success.

Generate Growth: Boost pipeline and bookings growth by gathering strong references and publishing testimonials that highlight successful implementations of our solutions.

Required

Experience in product or industry strategy, consulting, or supply chain management.

Knowledge of supply chain management in planning, procurement, logistics, and business networks.

Familiarity with supply chain applications, B2B networks, and artificial intelligence.

Proven track record in leading and executing marketing strategies, developing business cases, crafting compelling messaging, and launching successful marketing plans.

Willingness to travel up to 30%.
