Responsibilities
Px Strategy & Design: Collaborate with therapeutic area teams to develop the pharmacy channel engagement plan and programming strategy.
Pharmacy Px Requirements: Lead development of pharmacy selection criteria and program requirements aligning with patient needs and brand objectives.
Operational Excellence: Continuously optimize program performance using analytics, voice of customer, and compliance monitoring.
Account Management: Partner with account teams to identify pharmacies, influence priorities, and support negotiations.
Program Operations & Compliance: Develop and launch programs with pharmacies in compliance with regulations and internal policies.
Measurement & Reporting: Monitor KPIs reflecting patient needs and brand strategies, present performance summaries, and provide strategic recommendations.
Budgeting: Provide estimates for financial resources supporting pharmacy Px strategy and manage spend proactively.
Strategic Planning: Monitor trends in policy, pharmacy capabilities, and innovation to inform program changes.
Teaming: Lead cross-functional business partners in a complex, matrixed environment.
Culture: Foster a culture of learning, risk-taking, and experimentation within the team and with supplier partners.

Required
A minimum of a bachelor’s degree is required; MBA or other related advanced degree is preferred
A minimum of 10 years of healthcare business experience is required (e.g., sales, marketing, market access, supply chain, business analytics, account management, pharmacy services)
Understanding healthcare industry, access & reimbursement, and specialty & retail pharmacy is required
Experience in developing, maintaining, and influencing strategic supplier relationships is required
Strong strategy, innovation, collaboration, analytical skills, and overall business acumen is required
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to work effectively in a matrix and unstructured environment and manage project teams with or without direct report authority is required
Ability to manage multiple priorities is required
People management experience and a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion are required
Preferred
A minimum of 2 years pharmacy program development and management is preferred
Experience in Immunology, Oncology, Neuroscience, Pulmonary Hypertension, or Cardiovascular/ Metabolism therapeutic areas is preferred
Budget management experience is preferred
Communication. Excellent oral and written communication skills, including the ability to manage and work through conflict.
Relationship Building. Excellent interpersonal skills with a demonstrated record for forging strong, productive relationships with a diverse array of customers and colleagues.
Collaboration. Effectively work in a team environment that will require you to coordinate activities and build partnerships across multiple internal/external organizations.
Resourcefulness. Skilled in using personal knowledge and any other available resources to resolve problems for customers and ensure their satisfaction.
Accountability. Eager to set ambitious goals and take ownership for results. Proactive defining actions and following through.
Flexibility. Can dynamically adjust priorities due to changing circumstances. An agile learner who is comfortable operating in complex environments.
Travel. This position is based in Titusville, NJ or Horsham, PA and requires up to 10% domestic travel.
