Required
Bachelor's degree in scientific or business field and 10+ years related experience required
8+ years' experience in the life science/biotechnology industry vital
Life Science Instrument product management experience strongly preferred
5+ years of people leadership experience with track record of driving growth, strategic portfolio development and GTM excellence
Demonstrated exceptional leadership and communication skills
Ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Flawless execution and attention to detail
Ambitious and driven to compete in a fast-paced environment
