Responsibilities
Foster professional growth and development for direct reports
Use regulatory and product development clinical and non-clinical strategy experience for all phases of applications in the US and Canada
Provide expertise in interactions with regulatory agencies and guidelines
Interact with various stakeholders for high-quality deliverables
Assist in the development of regulatory submission strategies
Create efficient workflows and timelines
Provide support and expertise in regulatory writing for high-quality documentation
Ensure high-quality deliverables by coordinating with various teams
Demonstrate strong project management skills for on-time delivery
Facilitate coordination between stakeholders
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for regulatory strategy alignment
Implement strategies to mitigate risks and address challenges
Facilitate staff development plans and project staffing coordination
Participate in project scoping, proposal preparation, and account planning
Prospect and leverage new business opportunities
Communicate organizational vision and values to staff
Promote effective information flow

Required
Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in a Scientific or Technical Discipline
10-15 years related Regulatory Affairs experience in the life sciences or consulting industries
8+ years of experience in people management and leadership experience within the clinical and/or nonclinical regulatory functions
Preferred
Advanced Degree (MSc, PhD)
