Responsibilities

Demonstrated ability as an engineering leader

Solid track record of delivering production infrastructure in a cloud-centric architecture, driving adoption of new solutions, handling vendor relationships, scaling teams, and achieving results

Experience growing and building diverse and inclusive teams, working with partners, and collaborating across organizational boundaries

Entrepreneurial energy, ability to handle ambiguity, drive consensus, communicate well with both technical and non-technical co-workers, and resolve conflict

Strong verbal and writing skills

Experience in building and leading a geographically distributed team

Expertise in AWS cloud technologies
