Responsibilities
Develop supplier programs with designated tier 1, tier 2, and targeted suppliers.
Assist in development with all suppliers, as needed.
Develop key relationships with executive, sales, distribution, and product group management.
Establish sales goals for each designated supplier to achieve for fiscal year.
Work with Sales to develop product knowledge and programs to achieve maximum sales opportunities.
Develop specific strategic programs on product transitions to Rochester.
Focus analysis on heartbeat products (i.e. MPU’s, MCU’s, FPGA’s, ASIC’s) that are planned for LTB or in the process.
Develop supplier services business strategy, plans and goals (assembly, test and other).
Manage a team of Business Development Managers or Directors.

Required
A Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in Engineering or other technical discipline.
Minimum ten (10+) years of industry and/or business-related experience.
Strong background in Semiconductor sales.
Strong background in global marketing & sales.
Demonstrated success within the EMS market.
Strong interpersonal skills.
