Responsibilities

Member of Corporate Quality acts as an ambassador for quality across the business and with customers.

Consult with Quality functions for the development, implementation, and management of Parexel strategic objectives.

Establish and maintain a communication framework for timely and effective action related to quality matters.

Continuous learning of technical knowledge in emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Wearable Sensors, Real World Data, Cloud Computing, and Information Security best practices.

Lead and participate in Quality Review Boards, Quality Forums, and other meetings governing Quality.

Collaborate in internal and client meetings related to quality.

Formulate and execute a viable strategy for quality assurance.

Oversee cross-functional Sponsor Audits and Regulatory Inspections.

Implement a risk-based audit plan and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.

Promote compliance and standards across the company.

Address issues to senior management using metrics and data.

Manage crisis situations and provide solutions.

Act as an Escalation Point for major compliance concerns.

Delegate effectively and support team development.

Implement Audit Management application and related metrics.

Recruit, supervise, train, and mentor the QA team.

Maintain records and documents to meet internal and external needs.

Host technology service inspections and assist in audits.

Coach and develop the TQA team in hosting sponsor audits and inspections.

Provide expertise on technology portfolios for interactions with business, technology, and clients.

Provide direction, mentoring, and development to the team.

Ensure staff compliance with TIME, Training, and PMD requirements.

Maintain oversight of TQA spend in line with the annual budget.
