Responsibilities
Identify and prioritize high-value advertising partners and industry relationships that align with Pocket FM’s overall business objectives to drive substantial revenue growth.
Monitor market trends to identify new partnership opportunities and innovative revenue channels.
Develop and maintain strategic, long-term relationships with key advertising agencies, serving as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact.
New Agency Relationship Development & managing existing relationships.
Ensure exceptional client satisfaction through proactive engagement, tailored solutions, and superior service delivery.
Drive advertising revenue by optimizing existing partnerships and onboarding new high-potential advertisers.
Set and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure partnership success and revenue growth.
Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics, refining strategies to optimize revenue outcomes.
Lead high-stakes negotiations, securing favorable contract terms and fostering mutually beneficial partnerships.
Ensure all agreements comply with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices.
Work closely with internal teams, such as Product Development, Ad tech/ Ad ops, Legal, and Analytics, to align partnership strategies with business objectives.
Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape insights that inform agency partnership strategies.

Required
10+ years in digital advertising, media sales, or strategic partnerships with a record of driving revenue and strong client relationships.
Proven ability to build and lead high-value partnerships, develop strategies that exceed revenue targets, and manage senior-level clients and agencies.
Strong negotiation skills with experience in high-value contracts and securing favorable terms aligned with business goals.
Excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the digital advertising landscape, including trends and competitive dynamics.
