Responsibilities
Establish and integrate the Compensation long term strategy and contribute to the establishment of the strategic direction of Compensation.
Develop Compensation team members for greater contribution with the potential to formally lead
Collaborate with and leverage internal and external relationships to benchmark and ensure competitiveness
Build strong relationship with all stakeholders (e.g., Human Capital, Legal, and Finance, etc.)
Assists in developing communications and training to improve overall understanding of compensation programs

Required
Bachelor's degree in human resources or equivalent field.
15+ years of direct experience, with at least 5+ years in a leadership role, including: Strong understanding of compensation philosophy and practices, General understanding of other functional areas of HR, Appropriate knowledge of applicable technology for both the functional area and for the firm, Strong analytical skills, Superior communication skills (both verbal and written) with the ability to influence directly and indirectly.
Preferred
Advanced degree or equivalent experience
Candidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work in the office three days per week, with preference for Tuesday through Thursday.
