Responsibilities

Direct highly skilled team of software engineers

Own project strategy and execution

Set goals, strategies, budgets, and oversee the deployment of large/enterprise scale initiatives

Encourage a data-driven culture to improve efficiency, scalability, stability, and security of applications

Provide hands-on support building software when needed

Develop and leverage internal and external partnerships to achieve business goals

Ensure team goals are achieved and deliver value for customers

Facilitate continuous learning and improvement for the team

Participate in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding engineering talent

Responsible for team growth, career development, and hiring

Resolve cross-functional issues and provide guidance
