Responsibilities
Lead a team of Compensation professionals who deliver best in class work every day
Develop, implement, and review the key KPIs and metrics that are the lifeblood of our growth plan.
Work cross functionally to project manage the launch of critical initiatives
Support the growth of our ever expanding sales force
Build compensation programs to motivate our top notch sales talent
Innovate news ways to improve yield on investment, and Go To Market (GTM) efficiency
Find areas for efficiency and scale

Required
5+ yrs Sales Compensation Experience experience
Highly organized, with project management experience, with a bias toward automation and scale.
Comp plan creation and execution
Strategic partner to field leadership, to get them what they need
Systems and automation oriented (SFDC, Xactly, Power BI, etc)
Creative problem solver, leverage prior experience and logic to get us to the best, fastest, outcome possible
Experience as a motivating People Leader
Bachelor’s degree
Preferred
MBA
Global leadership experience a plus
Experience with Xactly, as Boomi’s chosen Sales Comp Tool
