Responsibilities

Develop and implement strategies to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth.
Lead and mentor a team of account managers to deliver exceptional service and support to clients.
Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders at client organizations, understanding their business needs and objectives.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales & product teams to ensure alignment in client strategy and execution.
Analyze client performance metrics, identify trends, and provide insights to inform strategic decision-making.
Serve as the escalation point for client issues and concerns, ensuring timely resolution and a positive client experience.
Actively participate in client meetings, presentations, and business reviews.

Required

A minimum 6 years of experience scaling and managing a client-facing sales or B2B account management team in a fast-paced environment, preferred similar roles within the fintech industry.
3+ years Demonstrated experience as a manager, leading and developing high-performing teams.
Skilled at managing customer relationships across functions and seniority, from executives to ICs
Experienced as a leader of an AM function, reporting to VP/C-level executive
Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with enterprise-level clients.
Strong understanding of financial products, markets, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to translate client needs into actionable plans.
