Responsibilities
Lead specific project workstreams, ensuring alignment with client expectations and organizational goals.

Understand and anticipate client needs, providing reliable and expert guidance.
Establish and expand relationships within client organizations.
Demonstrate advanced knowledge in K12 education or finance/operations, applying this expertise to drive client success.
Identify and mitigate client or technical risks by implementing effective solutions.
Mentor and guide team members in proposal management and business development activities.
Foster a collaborative and engaging environment, acting as a role model for colleagues.
Lead or participate in company initiatives, including DEI efforts, recruiting, and thought leadership activities.
Serve as a thought leader in K12 education or finance/operations best practices.

Required
Bachelor's degree
10+ years of relevant experience in consulting, project management, or a related field, with a proven track record of leading complex projects and managing teams.
Advanced project management skills, capable of overseeing multiple complex workstreams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in facilitation, managing diverse groups to solve complex challenges.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and strategies effectively.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain high-level client relationships.
Experience in systems leadership and leading adaptive change initiatives.
Strategic thinking within the K12 education landscape or finance/operations.
Leadership and mentorship capabilities, fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
An entrepreneurial mindset with flexibility, creativity, and resilience in pursuit of goals.
A growth orientation, with curiosity about new ideas, openness to feedback, and commitment to continuous learning.
