Required
PhD/MS in Statistics or related field with 8+ years of experience in clinical development within pharma, biotech, or CROs.
Strong understanding of clinical development and advanced statistical methods.
Proven experience with regulatory submissions and interactions with health authorities.
Demonstrated leadership, excellent communication, and project management skills.
Ability to represent the organization in professional forums and collaborative projects.
