Responsibilities

Oversees large scale operations for Provider Data Solutions including managing day to day production and strategic opportunities.

Supports department-level and enterprise executives in decision-making and setting strategic goals.

Develops an initiative intake process for prioritizing and establishing value ensuring key projects are aligned to top organization priorities.

Leverages Lean, Six Sigma, and operational experiences for all phases of projects with an emphasis on data collection/analytics, process analysis, and implementation.

Develops and deploys a business improvement discipline and practice across the organization adopting Lean and Six Sigma practices.

Establishes and oversees a comprehensive communication plan and informs key stakeholders about the progress of initiatives and key operational results.

Aligns internal resources to projects and manages external sourcing to obtain full competency to complete projects.

Hires, trains, coaches, counsels, and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Required

BA/BS in the healthcare field and minimum of 10 years experience at a director or above level with significant large-scale business optimization experience up to $100M+ in valuation; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Lean and Six Sigma Black Belt or obtained within 6 months of hire.

Ability to travel required.

Preferred

Master's degree preferred.

Strategic planning in operational settings, data analysis and has driven continuous improvement in the healthcare industry through Lean and Six Sigma methodologies strongly preferred.
