Responsibilities

Review project plans and manage to ensure team stays on track, providing progress updates and mitigation strategies when delays occur.
Manage cross-functional teams, including engineers, procurement, and construction to ensure project milestones are met and deliverables are completed on time.
Monitor project risks and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential issues.
Continuously improve project management processes and tools to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Develop tracking tools and dashboards to present to leadership for efficient real time updates on each.
Develop a regular RoB with key stakeholders to ensure we are tracking according to plan.
Provide regular project updates to senior management and other stakeholders.

Required

Bachelor's Degree AND 6+ years experience in Architecture, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Procurement or Construction Management.
3+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team projects.
6+ years of experience as a planner and/or scheduler utilizing scheduling software (P6 or MS Project)
6+ years of experience in planning medium sized capital projects ($50MM - $200MM+) in construction, oil, gas or chemicals (or related process industry). This experience should specifically include engineering and procurement.

Preferred

6+ years of experience in datacenter design and construction project management.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale datacenter construction projects on time and to the satisfaction of clients.
Understanding of Project Planning, Earned Value Management and Key Commodity Tracking.
Familiarity with Risk Schedule Analysis
Ability to analyze Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) plans/schedule and provide deep insights into trends, issues, mitigations
Large Complex multi-billion dollar datacenter program experience
Familiarity with Critical Path Method (CPM) scheduling methodology
Ability to present data from a detailed to high-level depending on audience
Experience with Data Center construction programs
