Responsibilities
Develop and Execute Growth Strategy: Partner with the CGO to create a comprehensive franchise development plan aligned with Evive Brands' overall growth objectives. This includes identifying ideal franchisee profiles and target markets and developing a data-driven approach to lead generation and territory allocation.
Franchisee Recruitment & Selection: Proactively source, qualify, and cultivate leads through various channels (e.g., industry events, franchise portals, strategic partnerships). Conduct in-depth candidate evaluations to identify individuals who possess the passion, operational excellence, and financial capacity to thrive as Evive Brands franchisees.
Franchise Sales & Relationship Building: Lead the sales process, delivering compelling presentations and effectively communicating the unique value proposition and competitive advantages of the Evive Brands franchise model. Build strong, long-term relationships with qualified candidates, fostering trust and enthusiasm throughout the pre-sale and onboarding phases.
Franchise Development Expertise: Demonstrate a deep understanding of franchise regulations, compliance requirements, and best practices. Stay current on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new growth opportunities and refine the franchise recruitment strategy.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Continuously monitor and analyze the franchise development program's performance. Identify and address any bottlenecks in the lead generation or sales process. Provide regular reports to the CGO on recruitment activities, conversion rates, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Required
Minimum 5+ years of experience in franchise development or a related field (e.g., B2B sales leadership, business development).
Proven track record of exceeding recruitment and sales targets within the franchise industry.
Strong understanding of the legal and regulatory landscape of franchising.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with potential franchisees.
Strategic thinking and analytical mindset – comfortable utilizing data to inform decision-making and measure program effectiveness.
Self-motivated and independent worker, thriving in a results-oriented environment with minimal direct supervision.
Proficiency in CRM software and franchise development tools (e.g.- Salesforce)
