Responsibilities
Responsible for leading and managing a team of Regional Product Managers
Responsible for product planning and execution throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes gathering and prioritizing product(s) and the customers’ requirements and defining the product vision.
Work with engineering, sales, marketing, and other support staff to ensure revenue and customer satisfaction goals are met.
End-to-end product portfolio management: Roadmap, product line strategy definition and life cycles management; create new Sku’s and descriptions including portfolio standardization; prices and sales strategy definition for the entire product portfolio.
Meets product launch deadlines and drives successful product launches
Define the product strategy and roadmap
Deliver Market Requirement Documents (MRD’s) and Product Requirement Documents (PRD’s)
Responsible for managing new product ideas and business case completion
Work with external third parties to assess partnerships and licensing opportunities
Sales, Marketing, and Customer Support: Price definition by country/competition market price; technical support with internal training; customer visits and presentations (key opportunities). Sales Support; including sales presentation preparation and delivery to customers at the request of Sales.
Develop key sustainability strategy and internal, external messaging
Maintain a future rolling plan (5-year strategy) for Alpha High-Theft Solution Products
Marketing Support: Product launch plan (sustaining, evolution, and innovation) supporting technical documentation and project prioritization based on innovation level, market window, benefits, or commercial impact.
R&D Support: discovery of Product Management with R&D for new product development; business cases definition for new product development or cost reduction.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in related field is required (MBA preferred)
Minimum of 7 Years of Experience as a Product Manager
5 years of experience in a job in Consumer Goods Market
Technical background with experience in manufacturing environment
Must possess and display the following skills: Leadership, Influence, Persuasion, Innovation and Creativity
Demonstrated success in defining and launching successful products
Excellent written and verbal skills
Excellent teamwork and problem-solving skills
Proven ability to influence cross functional teams without formal authority
Be self-motivated, confident with the ability to work alone and as part of a team
Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills
Must be able to travel 50% of time
Preferred
PMP Certification is a plus
Engineering Experience a plus
