Responsibilities

Provides leadership and oversight to the Implementation & Transformation group.

Sets up and installs technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment / application implementation and operation.

Tests and troubleshoots functionality of installed systems, identifying and documenting technical issues and ensuring their appropriate escalation and resolution.

May work with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance.

Provides complete professional service support, including the identification and development of solutions, systems, applications and processes to meet client needs and expectations.

Required

Leadership and oversight experience in Implementation & Transformation group

Experience in setting up and installing technical systems, applications or processes related to ATM, Self-Checkout and other equipment/application implementation and operation

Ability to test and troubleshoot functionality of installed systems

Experience in identifying and documenting technical issues

Ability to ensure appropriate escalation and resolution of technical issues

Experience working with clients on-site or remotely to provide installation assistance

Ability to provide complete professional service support
