Responsibilities

Develop and execute the organization’s IT infrastructure strategy, ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Plan and manage infrastructure upgrades, expansions, and lifecycle management to support growth and innovation.

Liaison with product development and engineering to deliver innovative technology solutions for our customers.

Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of network systems, servers, storage, cloud environments, and data centers.

Ensure high availability, performance, and scalability of IT systems.

Establish and enforce security protocols and standards to protect organizational data and systems.

Ensure compliance with industry regulations and organizational policies.

Prioritize codifying policies and automating adherence and enforcement.

Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing infrastructure team.

Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Promote an environment of trust and de-centralized decision-making.

Develop and manage the infrastructure budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions.

Negotiate and manage vendor contracts, relationships, and performance.

Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity plans.

Conduct regular testing to ensure readiness.

Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies to drive modernization initiatives.

Recommend and implement innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency.
