Required

Proven expertise and experience in software and hardware architecture

Experience running large computing center operations

Experience in cybersecurity and/or online services

Excellence in managing and building an organization

Strong problem-solving skills and translating a strategic vision into an operational model

An effective communicator with strong oral and written skills

Establishing/maintaining customer executive relationships

Skills in developing new relationships with customers and the ability to understand business issues

Use of consultative approach to solve customers’ business challenges through technology delivering business expectations

Ability to negotiate mutually agreeable outcomes in complex services, engagements with clients, partners, and stakeholders

Experience delivering world-class customer experiences, and creating an enterprise-wide culture of service availability that aligns business and strategy
