Responsibilities
Building, mentoring, and inspiring a team of skilled account managers who excel in delivering exceptional service.
Providing coaching and development opportunities to empower your team to reach their full potential.
Driving a culture of accountability, trust, and teamwork while ensuring close collaboration with sales and other departments.
Crafting and executing a forward-thinking account management strategy that aligns with organizational growth goals.
Defining and monitoring KPIs for success, including client satisfaction, retention, and growth metrics.
Partnering with senior leadership to explore new opportunities for client and revenue expansion.
Leading initiatives to deepen client relationships and identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
Conducting regular client business reviews to address challenges, highlight successes, and unlock additional value.
Ensuring a seamless client experience from onboarding to renewal, supported by efficient processes and a dedicated team.
Building strong, strategic relationships with broker partners, serving as their trusted advisor.
Creating initiatives that simplify broker interactions through innovative tools, resources, and streamlined processes.
Collaborating with brokers to develop strategies that drive mutual success in growing revenue and market share.
Overseeing account management processes to ensure efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
Utilizing data and analytics to monitor performance, identify trends, and inform decision-making.
Maintaining cross-functional partnerships with teams like Product, AR, and Claims to deliver a unified experience.

Required
A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
At least 8 years of experience in account management, client services, or sales, with 3+ years in a leadership role
5+ years of experience in Group Benefits, with a deep understanding of broker dynamics
Proven success in growing client relationships and achieving revenue goals
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, paired with a strategic mindset
Proficiency in CRM systems and a knack for turning data insights into actionable strategies
