Responsibilities
Lead and oversee accounting teams, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
Contribute strategically to the buildout of the practice managing the onshore and offshore teams.
Manage and optimize accounting workflows using Restaurant 365 to streamline processes and deliver exceptional client service.
Provide strategic insights and support to clients, helping them achieve their financial and operational goals.
Develop and enforce internal controls and policies to ensure compliance with regulatory and client-specific requirements.
Drive team performance through mentorship, training, and fostering a collaborative culture.
Collaborate with leadership to align accounting strategies with the firm's growth objectives.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement scalable accounting solutions.

Required
Minimum of 8+ years of accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
Extensive hands-on experience with Restaurant 365 (R365).
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Proficiency in accounting software, cloud-based tools, and data analysis.
Demonstrated ability to lead, develop, and inspire a high-performing team.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to non-financial stakeholders.
Thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with minimal supervision.
Preferred
Experience in the restaurant industry is highly preferred.
CPA or CMA designation is a plus.
