Responsibilities

Lead the accurate and timely completion of the month-end close process including internal and external reporting.

Responsible for ensuring proper internal control framework adherence.

Oversee balance sheet reconciliation and journal entry reviews and ensure documentation is properly supported for audit purposes.

Support IT and automation initiatives.

Support and maintain development of global accounting policies.

Manage global consolidation process.

Responsible for review and issuance of financial statements, reports and analysis in accordance with US GAAP.

Oversee general ledger, accounts payable, and AR collections functional areas.

Support interim and annual external audits.

Work cross functionally with external teams to drive best practice processes.

Provide mentorship to team to create a supportive and collaborative environment. Manage team performance, responsibilities, goal setting and development.
