Responsibilities
Design and implement marketing campaigns using paid channels, with a focus on experimentation methods to grow our customer base in a data-driven and efficient manner
Build and develop an agile, collaborative, and high-performing growth marketing team
Drive revenue growth, with a focus on contribution margin, for the DTC and marketplace business through planning, development, and execution of comprehensive performance marketing strategies via paid media channels
Drive sustainable growth strategies across paid social, search, marketplaces (Amazon & TikTok) affiliate, direct mail, audio, influencer, and TV (Linear, CTV, and OTT)
Analyze performance metrics, monitor campaign goals, and develop media plans that align with the strategic goals of Groove Life
Work closely with VP of Marketing to determine channel budget allocations; partner with FP&A and Marketing Insights to drive financial forecasting
Collaborate closely with Creative, Retention, eCommerce, and Product on all new product launches, promotions, and marketing campaigns
Manage vendor and partner relationships to identify areas of opportunity and growth
Identify opportunities with new channels, platforms, and tools by staying at the forefront of industry trends

Required
6+ of experience in performance marketing, acquisition/growth with a background in D2C/eCommerce - you'd consider yourself an expert performance marketer, well versed in the full marketing model (building awareness, consideration, and driving customer acquisition through various digital and offline channels)
4+ years of people management experience
Experience building growth teams
Proven track record of delivering measurable results (in terms of CPA, LTV, CTR, conversions, and ROAS) through testing and optimization
Direct, hands-on experience with media buying on Meta, Google, TikTok, and Amazon
Working knowledge of offline marketing, specifically as it relates to TV (linear)/OTT and Audio
Experience overseeing CAC and spend decisions across multiple channels
Experience with MMM, MER, and Geo-holdout testing
Must be data-driven and proficient in aggregating data across multiple sources
Comfortable working in a fast-paced hybrid environment with an ability to pivot and bring teams together
Experience managing at least $1M - $3M monthly budget
