Responsibilities
Establish Humann’s B2C performance marketing strategy, including defining KPIs, audience segmentation, and media mix
Create and implement a holistic digital acquisition strategy across diverse channels, including paid search, social media, display, programmatic, and affiliate marketing.
Lead a growing team to plan, execute, and measure performance marketing campaigns across social, search, display, and above-the-line media
Manage external agency relationships, ensuring alignment with company goals and optimizing agency performance to drive customer acquisition.
Identify and implement processes to streamline operations and scale core acquisition channels more effectively.
Recommend A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO) initiatives to improve funnel efficiency and maximize customer acquisition.
Develop and execute against learning objectives to drive continuous performance improvements through testing and analysis
Oversee media budgets, forecast monthly costs, and ensure accurate reconciliation of spend discrepancies.
Evaluate and manage vendors and tools to execute an effective performance marketing program
Evangelize relevant and notable learnings, best practices, and operating procedures across marketing and creative teams:
Collaborate with internal teams, including product, creative, and content, to ensure cohesive and effective messaging across all digital acquisition channels.

Required
7+ years of experience in performance marketing within the ecommerce space, including preferably in health and wellness and/or subscription-based brands.
4+ years of people management experience
Proven track record of delivering measurable results (in terms of CPA, LTV, CTR, conversions, and ROAS) through testing and optimization
Expertise in managing budgets and forecasts in customer acquisition
Deep understanding of capabilities within paid media and how to effectively leverage the different capabilities
Preferred
This position is located in Austin, TX. Local candidates, or those willing to relocate, are highly preferred.
