Responsibilities
Develop and execute targeted recruitment strategies to drive international enrollment growth. Utilize data insights and market trends to establish goals and identify new opportunities in high-potential markets.
Provide consistent coaching and support for Admissions Representatives through call monitoring, feedback sessions, and role-specific training programs, ensuring alignment with company as well as international recruitment best practices.
Establish best practices for international recruitment processes, focusing on communication, compliance, and consistency. Lead the team in creating an outstanding prospective student experience across various touchpoints.
Ensure all admissions practices align with accrediting agency standards, U.S. Department of Education guidelines, and international regulations. Maintain ethical practices and follow all policies outlined by the campus and the institution.
Oversee the admissions process from initial inquiry to enrollment, ensuring that international students receive a seamless experience. Focus on effective communication and follow-up throughout the process to improve engagement and retention.
Regularly assess performance metrics, enrollment targets, and call quality to improve team performance and optimize international recruitment strategies.
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Admissions and marketing department to develop accurate international enrollment forecasts and strategies, aligning goals across admissions, finance, and support teams.
Work closely with the marketing, financial aid, and training teams to enhance communication and tailor messaging for international markets.
Conduct training sessions on best practices for communication with international students, including cultural sensitivity, regulatory differences, and targeted sales approaches.
Use CRM data, call recordings, and market analytics to identify opportunities for improvement and to refine recruitment strategies in real-time.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field required; Master's Preferred
Seven or more years of progressive experience managing international admissions recruitment or sales teams.
Proven understanding of global markets, visa processes, and international admissions requirements.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on culturally responsive communication.
Strong coaching skills for call monitoring, feedback delivery, and the development of effective call scripts and response frameworks.
Superior organizational and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM systems, and reporting tools.
Strong leadership and team-building abilities with a cross-functional approach.
Effective listening and coaching skills, with the ability to provide actionable feedback on calls and other communications.
Proven ability to implement performance management strategies and conduct meaningful one-on-one sessions with team members.
Ability to handle multiple priorities while meeting all deadlines.
