Responsibilities

Manages, mentors, and develops a team of product managers.

Oversees multi-disciplinary teams, including engineers and statisticians, in product development.

Creates and communicates a compelling product vision and strategy aligned with organizational goals.

Defines the predictive healthcare product roadmap.

Guides the acquisition and management of new clinical data sources.

Provides clinical data management support across a diverse product portfolio.

Reimagines and optimizes existing program workflows through user observation, data analysis, and experimentation.

Discovers new opportunities to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in clinical settings.

Nurtures relationships with clinical and operational leaders to ensure alignment with their needs.
