Responsibilities
Align talent and resources to achieve strategic objectives using data
Lead enterprise-wide analytics projects and initiatives
Manage stakeholder expectations, requirements gathering, testing, deployment, and user adoption
Support customer engagement and satisfaction through effective communication and tailored recommendations
Build reports, dashboards, and tools for data-driven insights
Conduct deep-dive analyses to provide actionable recommendations
Collaborate cross-functionally and communicate findings to non-technical partners
Facilitate project collaboration between various business units
Work with product and marketing teams to enhance customer experiences
Design and execute processes to improve data quality
Identify and resolve issues, optimize resource allocation, and reduce costs
Mentor and manage a team of analysts
Lead on-the-job training and handle escalations
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on projects
Perform other duties as assigned

Required
Bachelor’s and/or in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
8+ years of experience in analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Preferred
Experience in the wellness or functional health industry is a plus
Familiarity with healthcare datasets, clinical data and concepts
Expertise in analyzing large datasets to derive actionable insights
Advanced knowledge of SQL, SSRS, QlikView, and other analytics and data visualization tools
Ability to create interactive and user-friendly dashboards for various business needs
Experience with building and implementing predictive models
Experience with ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes and data integration
Familiarity with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, and related frameworks
Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their applications in analytics
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or similar for data analysis and modeling
