Responsibilities
Architect and implement a comprehensive data analytics strategy and technology stack for a growing tech enabled telehealth company.
Focus on the aggregation and interpretation of data from various sources, including patient demographics, clinical outcomes, telemedicine platform usage, and financial data.
Utilize their expertise to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for leadership and service leaders, informing decisions on service line development, marketing strategies, operational improvements, and resource allocation.
Partner with key stakeholders across the organization, including clinical, customer success, operations, sales, and marketing teams, to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress towards objectives.
Develop and maintain robust data pipelines and reporting dashboards to visualize and communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise manner.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in healthcare analytics, data visualization, and telepsychiatry.
Identify opportunities to leverage data science and machine learning to optimize telepsychiatry services and patient care delivery.
Ensure compliance with all relevant data privacy regulations (HIPAA, etc.).
Commensurate with budget, this role will be expected to hire and develop the company’s analytics team over time.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in business, Info Systems, CS, Statistics, Data Science, or other quantitative studies program.
Minimum 4 years of experience in healthcare services, analytics, or a related field.
Motivated self-starter with the ability to sustain high levels of productivity in a fully remote fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and data visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, Power BI, Excel etc.).
Experience with the utilization of APIs to aggregate data sources across various systems.
Baseline understanding of healthcare data privacy regulations (HIPAA) and best practices.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to translate complex data insights for a non-technical audience.
Proven experience in leading and managing a team of specialists, analysts, or support staff.
