Responsibilities
Define and elevate the brand's identity and messaging.
Ensure a consistent brand aesthetic across all platforms and social media.
Explore opportunities to strengthen and expand our brand presence in the wellness industry.
Spearhead the creation of compelling, relevant content that resonates with our target audiences and position Rho Nutrition as a thought leader on all relative social and community platforms.
Perform category analysis to gain insights into market trends, consumer behaviors, and competitor performance within the wellness sector.
Develop and execute data-driven strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and retention.
Develop and launch engaging marketing campaigns across various channels that align with sales objectives and brand image.
Manage the calendar for ongoing launches, including digital, social media, PR, and print.
Initiate and develop strategic partnerships with influencers, athletes' health professionals, and any organizations that aligns with Rho's brand identity to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
Collaborate with the digital marketing team to identify potential celebrity and influencer partners and lead trends within the nutrition and wellness space.
Oversee organic social media strategies across platforms, including content creation, execution, and analysis to ensure performance and consistent brand storytelling.
Identify opportunities for brand visibility, partnerships, and collaborations within the health and wellness media landscape.
Manage and update press list for print, online, broadcast, and social media contacts and outlets.
Develop pitching strategies for brand stores and press releases to secure media coverage in health magazines, newspapers, and daily publications.
Build and nurture relationships with editors, health writers, wellness influencers and media personalities to enhance brand awareness and relevance.
Lead the planning and execution of brand events, including activations, influencer events, and industry conferences.

Required
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public relations or a related field.
Extensive experience in marketing, with a strong understanding of the nutrition and wellness industry.
5+ years of proven success in direct to consumer or CPG brand marketing experience with work examples.
Strong network of senior-level contacts in wellness, creative, PR, social, and media agencies.
Experience in digital marketing, media buying, creative development and analytics.
Strong planning and organizational abilities.
Adaptable, open-minded, and curious with strong listening skills.
High availability and responsiveness.
Sensitivity to products and wellness, with a solid commercial awareness.
Capable of providing constructive feedback and coaching to develop team success.
Ability to drive results and effectively manage teams.
Familiarity with Shopify, Amazon, and latest Ecommerce Tech Stacks.
Extensive proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and presentations.
