Responsibilities

Identify, develop, and maintain strategic relationships with brands, influencers, agencies, and other organizations to drive revenue and enhance brand equity.
Research and assess new business opportunities, including market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Develop go-to-market strategies for new initiatives.
Lead contract negotiations with potential partners, ensuring terms align with company goals and deliver measurable ROI.
Work closely with marketing, sales, product development, and operations teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives.
Create and execute partnership strategies that directly impact top-line revenue growth. Develop performance metrics to measure the success of partnerships.
Collaborate on co-branded campaigns, events, and activations to elevate the company’s market presence and customer engagement.
Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability within the business development function.
Regularly report on the performance of partnerships and business development activities to executive leadership.

Required

8+ years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, or a related role, preferably in highly regulated markets, e-commerce, CPG, and lifestyle.
Proven track record of negotiating and managing high-value partnerships.
Strong understanding of market trends and consumer behavior.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically while executing tactically.
Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
