Responsibilities
Lead business development efforts for the Office of the CFO practice in the Texas market.
Develop and execute strategies to expand the firm’s national presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with CFOs, private equity firms, and other key decision-makers.
Collaborate with internal practice leaders to identify opportunities and align service offerings with client needs.
Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing insights into the firm's capabilities in interim leadership, transformation, turnaround, and transaction execution.
Drive revenue growth through new client acquisition and expansion of existing accounts.
Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance visibility and brand recognition.

Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., MBA, CPA) are a plus.
Proven experience in business development, preferably within a private equity firm or a top-tier public accounting firm.
Deep understanding of private equity-backed finance functions and the challenges facing CFOs.
Strong network within the DFW Metroplex and beyond.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Results-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
